Paste special

Please provide me with the vba to copy from one sheet and then paste special to another sheet, however, I need to paste in a blank cell. For example if data is in B2, I need it to paste in B5 (i have 3 rows of data I am copying/pasting). Here is my vba so far

Sheets("Cardio Tracking").Select
Range("B502:S504").Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("Improvement").Select
Range ("C1")
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks _
:=False, Transpose:=False
End Sub

Worksheets("Cardio Tracking").Range("B502:S504").Copy
Worksheets("Improvement").Cells(Rows.Count, "B").End(xlUp).Offset(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues
