Paste to next line down not working?

I have the code below but for some reason it is not printing on the next line down for AC and AD, I can't understand why as I am using the same line of code for another part of my project and it works fine. Can anyone explain?

Sheets("Certificate").Range("AD2").PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues

Selection.Copy
Sheets("Certificate").Range("AD" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues

Ignore this is just suddenly started to work!! Apologies can't explain!
