I have a pivot table built for tracking weekly data. I have a filter in it for job numbers and week ending dates. When the date filter is set to the first set of data (earliest week ending date in the source data) the pay rates show up like expected. When I change the filter to the next week ending date the pay rate returns an #N/A error. I am struggling to figure out why the pay rate is not showing up for the later dates. Below are some screen shots of the table

Wondering if I am missing something in the pivot table settings somewhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
