Need help with a payroll import function:
Need to take a list of employees with their weekly earnings. column A and B. Match up their wages accordingly with the value of the job they worked on.. EX... Employee #1. is getting paid $500, Emp #2 $450, Emp #3 $300. All Three work as a crew, and they worked on 6 jobs, each job needs to be job costed. Job#1 $270, Job#2 $200, Job#3 $150 Job#4 $500, Job#5 $60, and Job#6 $60. The Trick here is to Match up Job cost Values to employees in the least amount of entries, no one employee can be job costed over his weekly earnings, Doesn't matter which employee gets posted where as long as job cost total values match the "Crews" Weekly earnings. Do not want to post all 6 jobs to every employee, way to much data to import and utilize, Just need minimum entries that equal one another..Please email for sample spreadsheet... I need to be able to this on a very large scale, currently running around 200 guys. Thanks for you help guys..Jason
