We've been requested to figure out the Pct % of each "Skill" involved in the calculated Straight Time composite rate "WKLY_STCompRate".

- "Skill" column is all text. These skills are the titles of every person working...e.g. Admin, Foreman, Appretice 3.

how can we come up with a Pct% per skill with Straight Time.

Would I use "Count" or "CountX"

What would that formula look like?

Straight Time, Labor Composite Rate was calculated using the last calculation.
Code:
WKLY_STHrs:=SUM(t_TrackWeekly[STH])
WKLY_STSpend:=SUMX(t_TrackWeekly,[STR]*[STH])
WKLY_STCompRate:=DIVIDE([WKLY_STSpend],[WKLY_STHrs])

Thanks in advance.
