PDF to Excel and Format - Rent Roll Related

Our rent roll is in pdf file. I converted to excel file, but it gave me 38 pages. also, the rent amount is not lined up with the renter's name (it was a different charge that lined up with the name). What's the best way to parse the data to extract the rent roll info?

thanks so much Logit. but it can't find the pdf folder. not sure why. I double checked many times. the path looks right.

My research has shown that most all VBA versions of Convert PDF To Excel require Adobe Acrobat as well. I see the file I sent you says nothing about Adobe nor does
the code utilized Adobe. My apologies.
