Hello,

I am working on an excel formula to calculate the % of month completed by today or current date. The start date is the 1st of each month, and the end date is the last day of each month. Any suggestions how to write it out?

I started with the following:

=DAY("2022-03-11")/DAY(EOMONTH("2022-03-30",0)) -- = 35% of month booked

But, I am wondering if it's possible to not have to go in each time to adjust the date manually, but to insert 'TODAY' somehow to update the % of month completed automatically?

Thank you!

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
