Percentage based on MATCH feature

Hi all, another question maybe using MATCH, I'm not sure...
Formula needed for cells F2, F3, F4
Cells E2, E3, E4 have their vales/text, calculated via a different formula (I already have that)
So, I want to calculate percentage of E2 which is found in col C, whose abundance values are in col D. Hope it's not too confusing.
My half formulas is as: = ((X)/SUM(D:D))*100 ....... X being the part where the value of E2 needs to be matched from col C to it's corresponding numeric value in col D.
