Percentage completed in column F

My spreadsheet has #'s 1-67 in column A. I want to put a formula in column F that will calculate the percentage of each row to 100%. What is the formula I can use?

The percentage of that row from all of the rows used. In this case I have 67 rows filed in and the 67th row will represent 100%. So I want a formula that will calculate the preceding rows eg: 67 is 100%, 66 will be ?%. 65 ?%....
