percentage formula

i've got a column of 'yes' and 'no's and need a formula to work out the percentage of 'yes's. it also needs to allow for the fact that the column is to be added to frequently as more results come in.?? would greatly appreciate a fix to this headache

assuming your yes and no are in 2 column regardless of sequence
column B and C

=COUNTIF(B:C, "yes")/COUNTA(B:C)%
