Is it possible to perserve formulas in an Excel document when converting it into a PDF? I also have a drop down list ... can that be perserved?

If the answer is yes, is there a limit to what will be perserved in the PDFing process?

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
It might be if you are using some specific method that I don't know about but I very much doubt you can preserve the underlying worksheet when you print/convert something to PDF.

Of course, you could if you elect to 'show formulas' and then print that file but, then, it would not contain any of the values in the worksheet.
