Personal Macro Corrupt?

Hi

I added a new VBA module to my personal workbook yesterday which allowed me to lock all cells in activesheet.

I've tried to open excel again today and none of my personal macros are working in any file, it comes up with a "Because of your security settings, macros have been disabled." but they are still enabled through trust centre.

When I try to go into VBA, the modules are all there but I can't open any of them.

I've tried to rename the personal workbook and see if I can open there but to no avail

Any suggestions? I don't have any back up of this
