Personal.xlsb locked for editing

Hi, I try to open an excel file but receive an error:
personal.xlsb is locked for editing.

I am not in Excel...so I dont know why this error comes up..

Is it possible to write a macro that get this error to dissappear...

Office 365 "PERSONAL.XLSB is locked for editing by "xxxusername" Open read-only...."

With Office 365 each time I open an Excel spreadsheet I receive the message "PERSONAL.XLSB is locked for editing by "xxxusername" Open read-only...." and I cannot edit my macros. There is no answer on
