Personal.xlsb Problem

Hi

I am having a problem with my personal.xlsb. I have recorded a couple of small macros in there that I use all the time via shortcut keys. These have worked great for ages until now. Initially the just seemed to stop working. After some investigation I found that if I open an existing workbook by double clicking on it in file explorer then personal.xlsb does not open (confirmed in the Visual Basic Window). If I open excel from its shortcut then it loads the personal.xlsb and the macros work fine. I have also found that if I open excel from its shortcut first and then open an existing workbook then the macros work fine. I have searched for a solution to this an found 1 other person having the same problem but it was unresolved. I would appreciate it if anyone could please help me with this.

Thanks

BTW
I am running Excel 2007 SP1 and Windows Vista Business SP2

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I have managed to fix my problem. I had an unrelated problem with a non responsive program and used task manager to end it. While doing this I noticed that there was an excel process running but I didn't have excel open. Once I ended this process all worked as normal again
