Phonebook dialoguebox

Hi,
I have a list of lots of phone no. with names in ms excel 2007. I want that when i click such excel work book (having shortcut on desktop) one dialogue box will open where two option is require i.e. Name & phone no. when i write name in name box subsequently it find phone no. from the source list
