Hi, Instead of placing text into the comments for a cell I would like to place photo. Can someone help me please, I am using 2007

this is how it's done in Excel 2000 - don't know in 2007 but see no reason why it should differ

right-click the comment then select format comment
under 'colours and lines' choose the 'colour' drop-down, then 'fill effects'
there is a tab here called 'picture' click 'select picture' et voila
