Hi can anybody tell if it is possible to have a single pick list that can be used for selections in 3 different columns?

I am using Excel 2010

Any help would be much appreciated.

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
