Pick the required text from cell

Hi Experts,

I want to get specific text from the Column A to B like follows, please help with formula

SPVAR JAN 19	SPVAR
IFG JAN 19	IFG
R1 Adjustment JAN 19	R1 Adjustment
Stock Adjustment JAN 19	Stock Adjustment
IFG FEB 19	IFG
SPVAR FEB 19	SPVAR
Stock Adjustment FEB 19	Stock Adjustment
IFG MAR 19	IFG

Now additional requirement comes,

In column A some lines are appearing with vendor name but in column B IFG, SPVR & R1 Adjustment is appearing I am sure there is a way to add this in same formula, means formula to read from column A & B to pick IFG, SPVR & R1 Adjustment.
