Hi Shifus,

Need you help here.

I have a range of cells in columns. Unfortunately each row the values were placed in different columns. How can I put all into one column?

Example below, texts are in A, B and C. I need to put all into D.

Thanks.

ABCD
1appleapple
2orangeorange
3grapesgrapes

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Maybe a formula in D1 and drag down
Excel Formula:
=A1&B1&C1

Okay, but you asked for a result based on a provided example !..
Maybe you should update your profile so we know what version of excel you are using
If you have 2019 or 365, you could use
Excel Formula:
=TEXTJOIN("",TRUE,A1:T1)

Can you please update your profile to show what platform and excel version you are using.

So, either
=A1&B1&C1&D1&E1.......etc
or
a vba approach !

Maybe this instead.....drag down to suit
Excel Formula:
=INDEX(A1:T1,MATCH(TRUE,A1:T1<>"",0))

I am on 2016.
I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

You will need to confirm that formula with Ctrl Shift Enter, rather than just Enter.
