picture of the best player

I have prepared a cricket scoresheet page for a 5-team cricket tournament
with 10 different scorecards for 10 matches. Each team consists of 7 players.
To get the Best Batsman, Best Bowler, I have also prepared a separate sheet
'Ind.Standing'. Here, I summarized all the 35 players scores, wickets, catches etc.
and by using VLOOKUP, I got the Best Batsman, Best Bowler etc. I have a
separate sheet with 35 players pictures.

Now I want when Best Batsman or Best Bowler name appears, his picture also
appears beside its name.

Is it possible? Plz Help.

You say "I have a separate sheet with 35 players pictures." ... each picture is probably embedded over a range of cells, so name each of those ranges as the name of the corresponding player ( substituting "_" for " " ), like Joe_Bloggs ( do Insert/Name/Define to define a named range ).

Also create a name for an empty range, maybe named Dummy. Use the camera tool to take a picture of the empty range and place it where you want the dynamic picture to be.

Create a defined name of ChosenPicture with a formula like:
=INDIRECT(IF(Results!$A$7="","dummy",SUBSTITUTE(Results!$A$7," ","_")))
where the sheet and cell should refer to where your VLOOKUP result is.

Now click on the camera picture, and in the formula bar type:
=ChosenPicture

That's it.
