Pivot Chart Layout

I am fairly new to pivot charts and I know how I want it to look but can't get it right.

Heres my raw data which I create the pivot chart from:

Heres what I want the pivot table laid out like:

This isn't actually a pivot table this is a mock up of how I want it layed out. In my actual workbook there will be a lot more data for each employee so I want it laid out like this so it can be printed in portrait on an A4 sheet of paper.

Move "Team"to the page field, "Name"to the row field, and each of your data items to the data field.

I tried this but it shows all the data in columns and not rows.
