Hi all,

At the moment I have a pivot chart that displays my data table as both Line & Column Graphs. The problem I am having is when I remove a set of data from the chart by simply taking it out of (or unselecting from) the "Values" field, it changes the whole chart and every data set in it to a Column Graph! It also totally removes the Secondary Axis that the original Column Graph data was shown against???

Is there any possible way to "Lock" the graph in to keep the formats exactly the same but just simply remove one or several of the Values?

I hope that makes sense!

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
That's what pivot charts do. Microsoft suggests recording a macro next time you have to reformat your chart, and rerun it every time after that.
