Hello all,

This problem is driving me crazy!

I have many rows of data and created a pivot chart to accomodate them and create the chart as normal.

Now what I have noticed is that when I refresh the data (on the pivot table associated with the chart), the total count of the data if off by one! I have considered the title line being one row, and that is not it.

If I add new data to the next row, it picks it up but somehow not picking up a row or two somewhere!

Second Q: If a user copies and pastes a row in will that screw up the pivot table?

Any help?

Excel 2007.

Thanks in advance!

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
