Hi all

I created a pivot table and selected the acc numbers as the Row Field(left) and "Item 1 completed" and "Item 2 completed" in the Data area

The pivot table seems to count data that isn't there.
If the account number has 6 mixed items assigned and not completed, they are still counted as 6 or 3 and 3

I need only the items completed and not the total. HELLLLLPPP..!!!

Please let me know if it' not clear enough

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Not clear at all .... post a screen shot of your data, and of the pivottable.

My system administrator won't allow me access to do this I'm afraid.

The thing that gets me is that I put a count on the columns cpmpleted but in the pivot table, it shows the amount of items associated with the acc number.
It's really hard to explain but even more frustrating to understand why a Counta is counting blank cells also.

Type an example of your data, if you can't do HTML screen conversion. Type an example of the PivotTable created too.
