Greetings - I volunteered to help a friend sort volunteer availability data, and we are trying to schedule volunteers (500+). The form is designed in a way that I am not sure how to best pivot the data to map out volunteer days and shifts. Ideally, I would like to easily sort the data to automate assigning volunteers to different shifts and quickly understand where we are lacking volunteers.
I pasted a data sample below. As you can see, respondents may have listed multiple shifts where they are available; however, I do not know how to breakout that data to create a functional pivot table.
