I have a large set of data that is placed in a pivot table. I want to select multiple criteria in the pivot dropdown from an existing list. i.e. I have a list of items for one department (about 20) and would like to use that list to select multiple criteria from pivot table. I don't want to use a slicer as that is just as time consuming as typing in each individual item. If I was searching on a table, I can use Advanced find, but I haven't found a way to use an existing list in the selection for the pivot drop down.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
I should add that the item numbers do not follow any sequence, so I can't use between.
