I have the below pivot by sections.

When i select the Grand totals at the bottom of the column, say for section one I select "39" and it should return just section one comments across 39 records. It does not it returns all records from the source of the PIVOT data so then I have to clean it up to get just the section 1 comments. This is the same for each section.
What do i need to do to get this to just return the worksheet with just the Section 1 comments and only 39 records?

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Describe exactly what you are doing, because just selecting a cell doesn't do anything.
