I have a pivot like that
xx
a 12
b 15
d 25

can i have it so that it looks like that?

xx
a 12
b 15
c 0
d 25

so even though it is empty, the row columns is shown but with blank data field or zero.
 

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Sort by date Sort by votes
There are a couple blank/zero value settings in the Pivot Table Options menu, give those a shot and see if they do the trick.

Just right click somewhere in your pivot and choose "options"
