Hello,

I have set of about 48 pivot tables which have reference no, company name, set of codes and totals for each property difference coz codes e.g
AA 71136
BB 4500.06
C12 16999.97
DD 1999.92
CE 499.96
CF 4860
CD 0
EE 6996
FF 79568.97
ZZ 13671.05
PP 5000.03

May not be the same for other properties. they other properties will have same code but may have more rows e.g

UE 2300000
AA 463068.02
BV 7500.12
CC 84885.38
EE 6000.08
RR 159.5
CE 11772
BB 72800

My excel sheet that i need this totals transferred has a full list of all the codes and looks like this
propref
AA BB CC CE etc(full list codes)
1 (amount) (amount) etc
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
10

Each row consists of different property reference number that match with pivot table in another spreadsheet and columns are full list of the codes. I'm looking for a way to get this figures looked from the pivot table spreadsheets to be inserted into the other spreadsheet by looking at the right property number and putting figures for appropriate codes. To do this manually is a labourious process as i have over 100 properties. Any ideas on how this can be done would be highly appreciated.

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
