Pivot Table - Calculated Field

Hi Everyone,

This is something that has been driving me mad. Any help would be much appreciated.

Below is a link to a screenshot that shows things probably better than I can describe.

Essentially, it is this: I have a pivot chart. On the Field List a field in columns splits the source data into two values with a grand total at the end. In the screenshot, this is values A and B.

I would like to be able to create a calculated field that mimics the grand total. In the example below it would be one field that equals 616,517 for 2010. The reason for this is that I want to create another calculated field that refers to this grand total. That is the main aim of all of this.

As I said, any help would be much appreciated as this would save me a great deal of work.
