Pivot Table - Calculated field

Hello,
I have the following in a pivot table and I am trying to create a calculated field to count the number of MBU's that took more than 7 days to close and provide a sum by region (see red).

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

If I understand your question correctly, I am not sure a calculated field is what you need. I think you may need to create a separate column in your source file that states if the MBU >7, 1,0. Then you would then include the field into your pivot table and rather than sum, use count.
