Hi,

I would like for the data that contains 0 value in the rows not to show up in the pivot table. Is there a way around this?

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Check your filters, there is probably a "blank" reflected. Uncheck that option so that "blank" is not included in the table.

The field that contains your data drag into the Report Filter area of the pivot table field list and then choose the drop down and uncheck zeros.
