My data had a header row like this:
Sys Username Duration

And data rows like this:
SystemA User1 01:20
SystemA User1 00:10
SystemB User2 01:00
SystemA User2 00:30

When I do a pivot table it shows me 4 users. How can I get it to show me results like this?
System, Number-of-Users, Total-Duration
SystemA 2 02:00
SystemB 1 01:00

It's that Number-Of-Users that's frustrating me. It counts each user once for each time they appear

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Put the user field in the data area, it will show as a count of user.
