I currently have a pivot table that shows

A) Agent Names
B) Data A
C) Data B
D) Data %

and I currently have it have it where you can filter it by month or all. And what I want to do is display say columns B-D as groups side by side (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc) vs using a drop down to view individual months. Is this possible in a pivot table? Thanks in advance.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Yes - you can have your month field as a column field rather than a page (filter) field, if I understood you correctly.

OMG that was so simple...lol btw is it possible to lock the pivot table column widths on Excel 2007 even after I refresh it? I clicked on Preserve formatting even after update, but my width is not preserved.

Did you uncheck the 'Autofit column widths on update' option?
