Pivot table data source

I apologise from the outset if this is a dumb question, but.....

When I create a pivottable over a datasource, the range selects all the columns but when I come to drop the fields into the pivot, the last column is missing. This last column is a formula:

=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(Table_Query_from_Siclops_Live_Data_Mining3[[#This Row],[Part_No]],'Key Parts'!C:C,1,FALSE)),0,1)

I wanted to use this column as a filter.

What am I doing wrong?

Regards

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
