Pivot Table date range splits

I want to create a single pivot table from a single sheet that will allow me to show data for the most recent week of activity and then the total YTD activity next to it. The columns would be something like this:

Week 33 Hours, Week 33 % of Total, YTD Hours, YTD % of Total

Each row would be a value for a task we have like Billable, Cost Recovery, Admin, Meeting, etc. The Week number would vary based on the most recent week in the data set.
