Hello-
I have a Pivot Table that provides me with a series of dates and scores associated with those dates. I need to calculate the difference between the score associated with the most recent date to the score associated with the earliest date. Is there a formula I can insert into the pivot table summary area that would do that? Sometimes there are 2 dates, sometimes there are up to four to five dates and scores associated with a record.

Sheet1

<TABLE style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffff; PADDING-LEFT: 2pt; PADDING-RIGHT: 2pt; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri,Arial; FONT-SIZE: 11pt" border=1 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 30px; FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><COL style="WIDTH: 79px"><COL style="WIDTH: 195px"></COLGROUP><TBODY><TR style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt; FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><TD> </TD><TD>A</TD><TD>B</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">3</TD><TD>Row Labels</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">Sum of Scores</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">4</TD><TD style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Person1</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">7904</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">5</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">10/6/2009</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">2784</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">6</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">2/5/2010</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">2493</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">7</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">6/2/2010</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">2627</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">8</TD><TD style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Person 2</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; FONT-WEIGHT: bold">12602</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">9</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">8/24/2009</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">2770</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">10</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">3/23/2010</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">5103</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">11</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">5/13/2010</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">2742</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">12</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: right">5/17/2010</TD><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center">1987</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 18px"><TD style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #cacaca; FONT-SIZE: 8pt">13</TD><TD>(blank)</TD><TD> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

The results for Person1 should be -157 and the result for Person2 should be -783. Thank you for your advice.
