Hi, I have a user who has created a Pivot Table but is unable to select/deselect filters from the drop down boxes. The filters appear and are not grayed out, however you cannot click on the ticks to deselect. The user has sent the same file to me and I am able to select/deselect filters on my PC.

We are both on Excel 2000 9.0 and Windows 2000 Professional.

The user has some add-in modules installed that are not installed on my PC. We have played around with these but none of the options appear relevant.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
