Pivot Table error -1E-04 ???

When I take the data, and build a Pivot Table some of my data numbers comes up as; "-1E-04".

What would cause the numbers to be turned into this -1E-04 ?

i think that's associated with very long numbers

So if it is loong numbers doing this then if I change to number format say to .0000, then this my correct it?

it maybe that or you may need to round to four (a number) decimal places or similar

Thank You... I just went and set the decimal place to four places and now it works like it should.
