Pivot Table - Excel 2010 - Fixed Filter

Hi all. hoping you can help. I have a pivot table where the filter looks at a column where the two options are "New" or "Old". I want the pivot table to show any data that is just "New". This is easy to do when there are rows to display but when there isn't any it reverts back to "OLD".

Is there anyway so it can just stick on new or not to show anything if New isn't an option?
