Hi,
I have a pivot table and one of the fields has around 1,000 rows, with all different names, each name is typically a 3 word name.
However, there is a certain word that will appear in a handful of the rows upon which I want to exclude/filter out these rows from my pivot table.
The tedious way is to go down row by row and untick the row, is there any other options that are quick and easy? Like
If I had the raw data, I would just add an additional column to the raw data doing a search for the rows with the specific word and mark it so it would be easy to exclude in the pivot table, however the issue here is that the data is coming from other sources - from analysis services so it is a connection to some sort of Cube. So I don't have the raw data but the pivot table connects to the data but I can only work with the pivot table & not the raw data.
Thanks
