Just a quick question on Pivot Tables that is busting my butt, I thought it would be easier :(
I want to have a 2nd Total column that displays the % of Grand Total BUT only for the the Grand Total column, NOT the individual Month columns.
I added 2nd Grand Total column, change it's Value Field Setting but it adds columns to each month, which is useless overload of data.
How do I resolve this?
Appreciate some help on this....

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
If you are using the data model, you can add the value field again for the % of column, then create a column set to only show that field for the grand totals.

@RoryA ......I've never done anything with 'data model', but this seems like a good time to start. I'll give it a shot and see what it can do for me. Thanks,
Anybody else got a suggestion, I'm all ears.

The other option is just to hide the worksheet columns containing the values you don’t want to see. ;)
