Pivot table filed max values display incorrectly on grand total column

I have row grand total (Week total)

I chose Max for field setting.

The field setting (max value) shows up correctly on all columns except on the week total column.

As the screenshot shows, the Max for Week Total is 21, which is wrong (should be 61). 21 is the max value on the HUMMS Max row, not the max value on the Week Total column.

Confused.
