Good Morning,

I am new to pivot tables. I created one, moved everything around and deleted unnecessary information. The table shows columns with name...gross earnings...payout. I have the subtotals for each person but I CAN'T get the grand totals at the bottom. The source for the pivot table has all the grand totals, but I can't get it on the pivot table. Thank you.

Benny

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Grand Totals are part of the pivot table and don't specifically pull from a grand total section in the source data.

If you right click on your pivot table, and go into the options and then the totals tab, you can toggle totals for rows and columns in there.
