CAM 004 will always have overpayment of housing benefit in the next column

So I want my pivot table to display for example CAM004 in one column The Words Overpayment of housing benefit in the next column next to CAM004 and then sum the figures. All it seems to do is to count or sum The Words Overpayment but I want the text. If I put DEC type as a row then it appears under CAM004. is there a way of doing this please

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
'DEC type' needs to be a row field, then change the pivot table report layout (on the Design tab) to Tabular.
