Afternoon,

I have created a pivot table but I have an issue with the way it allows a selection of variables.

The pivot table has 3 options that i need to change.

The 3 selections are as follows

Call Centre Manager
Team Manager
Agent

Is there any way I can restrict the names available to each TM etc...

ie if a Call centre manager is selected it will only show the managers under him and then the agents under the manager when it is selected.

Currently all the names of the managers are visible as well as the agents.

Many Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
The selection lists will always show all options that are present in the source data, but selecting them will not necessarily make them show up in the pivottable.

For example, if you have selected only one Call Centre manager, the pivottable will only show team managers linked to him/her. Even when you select other team managers in the selection list, they will not be shown...

What you want to do is not possible in a pivottable, if I understand you correctly...
