I'm using excel 2003.
I have a pivot table set up which I have select 4 part no's to display in the rows of the pivot table from data which lists 100's of them. Each month, I update the data which often adds new part no's to the list.
How do I keep the pivot table only listing the 4 part no's I selected and not adding all the new partno's to the bottom pivot table?
I can't find this anywhere? Not sure if I'm searching for the incorrect questions???? Please help!
