Pivot Table - multiple rows to columns

Hey all,

I'm running Excel 2010 on Windows 7. I have a Pivot Table with multiple companies and for each company there is anywhere from 1-5 employees (including a phone, email) listed. I need each person under each company to be on the same row as the company, so I can do mail merging.

For example I have this:

Company Name Phone Email
--------------------------------------
Company1 Person1 Phone1 Email1
Person2 Phone2 Email2
Company2 Person3 Phone3 Email3
Person4 Phone4 Email4

And I need:


Company Name1 Phone1 Email1 Name2 Phone2 Email2
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Company1 Person1 Phone1 Email1 Person2 Phone2 Email2
Company2 Person3 Phone3 Email3 Person4 Phone4 Email4

Forgot to mention the code is written for older Excel version, thus the Range "A65536". Since you're using Excel 2010, if you have more than that number of rows you can edit code.

Also, my fault for not reading your initial post correctly . . . you DID say all on one row, I just didn't read it that way. When I said I've read articles that say Excel 2010 can do it - I meant Excel 2010 can automatically fill down the Company Name for you without having to go thru the gyrations I described.
