Pivot Table - Non Static Time Ranges

Hello everyone i have a pivot table with a page field of time range
the problem is that it is static (5-8,8-12,etc....)

but now i want to be able to change the time ranges
example

if it is Monday check the sales between 3pm-5:15pm
if it is Tuesday 2pm-7pm

i have a column with the times we got the sales.

can this be done? to have like 2 cells to input start-end of time range?
and automatically update the pivot?
