Pivot Table Not Showing Data

I have a pivot table that is displaying fields as blank in a pivot table however their is corresponding data in the supporting data table. I have ensured that the formatting for the cell is as a number and ensured that column is being captured in the pivot table range. This is only happening for one particular data point (customer). Anyone run into this before?

The pivot table is summarizing customer contract amounts by customer (row) and year (column). The funny thing is depending on what combinations of customers I want to show to include this problem data point, the customer contract amount shows up and sometimes doesn't.
